We do not share your information, such as postal and email address with third parties, except to affiliated businesses who provide products on our behalf. They must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.

The complete credit card number is sent to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Your credit card number is not stored on our databases.

SimplyGifts.com.au does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use SimplyGifts.com.au only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 you cannot purchase any of our gifts that contain Alcohol.
We also collect the following information automatically – the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and computer connection information such as browser type and version.

The standard view of our prices is in Australian Dollars and includes GST unless you choose one of the other currency options.
Some of our photographs have included optional products, that can be purchased, however, some photographs contain display items such as dishes, glasses etc. These are lifestyle props and are not included in the gift package unless specified.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By using this website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Returns and credits
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Simply Gifts if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. All orders are trackable online through supplied consignment numbers.
If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly (or refund the credit card used ) to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender. Simply Gifts will pay for the cost of the postage.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
Simply Gifts will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If goods are received in a faulty or damaged condition, you are entitled to apply for an exchange, credit or refund. We cannot refund where the recipient has decided they no longer require the product.
Gifts are delivered only within Australia.
Should there be a specific request by a customer to deliver overseas, Simply Gifts accepts no responsibility for the condition of the Gift when it delivered to the Gift Recipient. The sender has sole responsibility both on the condition and the time required to deliver overseas.
The majority of our Gifts are delivered either the same Business Day or the following Business Day.
However Gifts sent to remote areas of can take up to 5 Business Days to reach their destination. In some cases deliveries are only made to the nearest Post Office.
Gifts are not delivered at the weekend or Public Holidays.
For same business day delivery to Sydney metropolitan, gift orders must be placed before 10AM that day.
For next business day delivery orders must be received before 2:00 PM
All valid and unused Simply Gifts’ Vouchers are fully transferable, however we accept no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Gift Vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the Gift Voucher(s).
Lost Gift Vouchers
If a Gift Voucher is received and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement voucher emailed to them.
Conditions for replacement of lost Gift Vouchers:
The voucher is still valid and has not yet been exchanged or used.
Proof of purchase is provided; either an order number, purchaser's full name or purchaser's email address.
We are able to correctly verify you as the original recipient.
Gift Voucher Expiry
Simply Gifts’ Vouchers must be used within 36 months of purchase.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS - TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Delivery is approximately three weeks for in stock merchandise and ten to twelve weeks for indent orders from approval of artwork.
• Standard delivery costs to be advised when quantities and destination confirmed.
• Special delivery requirements such as express or priority will incur
• Additional artwork services will be quoted separately.
• The first ‘unbranded’ sample is provided free of charge. Subsequent ‘unbranded’ samples may be chargeable. If products are returned within 5 working days in an ‘as new’ condition and the samples have been invoiced, the cost of the sample is credited to your account. Delivery costs are not refunded. All ‘branded’ samples will be charged.
• All charges incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced.
• This quote is valid for 7 days.
Important Note :
If Branding required – to expedite your order, please provide artwork on quote approval.
For best results, artwork needs to be provided as vector art (EPS/PDF/AI/Adobe Illustrator V10). Text outlined and all assets need to be embedded. Please contact us for any clarification on requirements - our artwork department is available and happy to help you with your project. Any required editing to the design will be advised and charged at a rate of $140 per hour.
50% of total to secure the project, to be invoiced on acceptance of the quotation.
Balance due on completion of project and prior to delivery of final goods.
