This sensational service is available for the majority of our range, on all orders placed prior to 2pm. If your selected gift falls into a heavier category it will be clearly indicated within the gift description. These gifts can take up to 5 working days to deliver, however, if they are being sent to a metropolitan area of Australia, they will also be delivered the next working day, this excludes Perth, Hobart and Darwin. For an additional fee we can provide express gift delivery to Sydney metropolitan areas - this is a 3 hour gift delivery service. Please call 1300 66 11 24 if you would like to arrange this service.

This new service is great if you are sending a gift to a home and do not want to give authority for the courier to leave it at the front door, in the event that they are not home. The courier will take it to the nearest post office instead! This is a fantastic service. Should you enter the incorrect delivery address at the time of ordering we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please enter as much information as possible here, including unit number, street number and correct postcode.

Australia Wide Gift DeliveryGifts are delivered during courier/office hours i.e. NON PUBLIC HOLIDAY Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate destination for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Also, it is requested that you authorise for the gift to be left at the reception in the event that the recipient is not available to sign for the delivery.

If authority is given for Simply Gifts to leave a gift at the front door of a recipient's house, or unit, without a signature and the gift goes missing, Simply Gifts can not be held responsible. Proof of delivery will be obtained via our courier partner in this event and verification that the gift was delivered and left, as requested, will be given from the freight company, on request.


Re-deliveries may incur an additional charge which will be billed to your credit card. A re-delivery may be necessary if the courier needs to return to the property on a 2nd occasion (if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful because there is no one home). This will not apply should you advise that the gift can be left at the premises i.e. home/work address.

There are some areas within Australia that are extremely remote. These areas can incur additional delivery charges. The majority of destinations are serviced by our couriers and can be delivered to the door for the advertised cost. We will advise of extra charges, or alternative delivery arrangements should they be required i.e. central pick up points for remote areas etc.
